Today was Ben and Daddy day and after hours at Huntsman and a slow IV of Aredia, a bone strengthner, they took a field trip. As you can see, he did have his mask with him. Tomorrow is a visit with Dr. Tricot and learning how things are going and receiveing information on the next round of chemo that will begin on Monday, July 27. Everyday is a leap of faith. It's trying to enjoy minutes and hours and occasionally a good day at a time. It gets to be overwhelming for the patient and for the many care givers involved.
