Nausea, nausea and more nausea

Dad has been sick today! The day started fine but as soon as we arrived at Huntsman for his appointment with Dr. Tricot he started to feel terribly nauseous. He threw up in the parking lot and again with Dr. Tricot in the office as well as on our way to the elevators. He just wasn't feeling himself at all today. After several nauseous hours spent at Huntsman we made our way home and he spent the afternoon resting. He is attempting to work now and eat just a little something to ease our way into food today. The picture is of the EKG they did today. Dr. Tricot seems to be pleased with the results of the recent PET scan and bone marrow biopsy as well as Dad's labs. Everything is moving in the right direction. Unfortunately they have no answers for us about the hip pain he's been suffering with though. As Dr. Thomas (the fellow) described it, we are currently in a holding pattern until next week when things start happening again. We are still planning for the stem cell transplant on July 31st. The most critical days following the transplant are believed to be August 5th, 6th and 7th. Please keep Mom and Dad in your prayers and thoughts and remember to send them a few words now and again as they can really use your thoughts and friendship right now.
